AutoDev System is an employment consulting practice focused on regional relocation planning — helping job seekers choose where to go, when to resign, and how to land without losing months to guesswork.
Origin
We began in Chemnitz after seeing colleagues accept offers in distant federal states, then discover that rent, Kita places, and commute maps had never entered the decision. The practice exists to put those constraints on the table before notice letters go out.
Working approach
Every engagement starts with your contract timeline and household limits. We compare regions with vacancy and rent context, then write a dated plan. We do not place candidates with employers or promise interviews. Our work is planning, document critique, interview rehearsal, and admin orientation.
